Who has recognised someone on the street from fabs.. or even been recognised themselves? Or even found a family member / friend etc?

Tell us about your close encounters.. (respectfully of course).

I've never recognised anyone, though I really don't know any fabbers who live in my area. Can't imagine anyone would let me know if they recognised me, either.

I once met a stripper in a queue in Tesco the day after a “work night out”.. definitely recognised each other. Nothing said.

I have been given the double take glance once or twice, I don’t know for sure it’s fab related but I have my suspicions.

"My nextdoor nieghbours said hi on fabs a few houses ago "

Was it the fantasy you thought it would be? Or more an inconvenience from then on?

I took a poll from all the local strip clubs.

100% of them wanted their poles back.

Not you?

Lol. If I was polish I would go to the strip club and stand on stage as the new pole.

A guy who messaged me regularly on here, passed me in the supermarket a few months ago. As I was sporting a beard I doubt he’d recognise me or be particularly attracted to the image I was sporting that day

I'm fairly certain that some nearby neighbours of mine are on here.

I've so far resisted the temptation to write to them and ask

I was recognised by a local man when I was out walking in the woods one morning. He just said "good morning" as he passed but messaged me later to say he had spotted me. He's very respectful and discrete so it's all good.

I’d love to be recognised. Might save time with all the messaging. And who knows what would come from it? A no thanks, probably.

I think a patient at work recognised me once.

As he left he just said "have a really fab day" winked and smiled at me.

I can't be sure but it was an odd thing to say.
