Inside crutch to ankle can place a book between legs and measure from the high end of the book to floor, prob wise to get someone else to do any measuring for you, and not to pull the tape,true dressmaking tape measure won’t stretch

Most people around 6' tall seem to have an inside leg measurement of about 34" yet there's some women claiming 34" inside leg while "only" being approx 5'7" tall, they must look a bit disproportional! "

Women do tend to have longer legs and smaller torsos for their height than men. Short, regular and long lengths in trousers/jeans are the same in both men's and women's clothes even though men are taller on average.
