Talk to your Alexa, Google etc?

I was on the phone with a friend and I asked Alexa to "turn the radio off please" it did so I said thank you. He said I'm very polite, so are you polite or not?

I must point out, as I did to him, I did call it/her a useless sack of shit after she kept failing to put the right radio station on the other day.

I don’t have any truck with any of this.

Computers should be seen and not heard.

Somewhere In The Ether…

I just say ‘Alexa, stop.’

She invariably ignores me however.

Bloody Karen!

I do use Alexa shut up to stop her.

Also have a fire tv cube that doesn’t respond very well no matter what you call it.

I don't have one.

But when I spoke, she didn't understand me, so I repeated myself, but slowly to still no avail. I don't like repeating myself so I did it a bit louder. She then told me off

In The Hills

I have Alexa in the living room and computer in the bedroom I often get them mixed up like I use to with my kids when they were younger and I do shout at them on occasions (not the kids) .

My favourite is asking Alexa to turn ME on (I named one of my smart plugs ME) childish I know
