Just made 7.5 litres of raw gin from scratch and is all in a demijohn with mixed berry's for 3 weeks to flavour... can't wait

Up on them there hills

Most yeast kill themselves through alcohol at 18%, they now have a super yeast that can survive up to 24%.

Tried it again tonight, rest is going to be put in a shed with a new padlock number.

It is not right,

Going to sit under the dining room table an giggle,
