I don’t do Yoga, but go to the gym, and wear Lycra shorts. I also cycle and spin and wear cycling pants (with the built in panty pad - lol) .... but never wear any underwear underneath... I was always advised not to wear anything under cylinder shorts .. it can irritate more if you do.
