No stress in this house today, the kids have been angels, Mr is back home from work in a good mood. We're all showered up and eagerly awaiting the kids going to bed so we can have a big Chinese and veg in front of the TV

I'm very glad I had the day from a chilling perspective, it was sorely needed and have a long weekend booked for my birthday too (yay for short working weeks!) It was the same as other days off though and still involved replying to WhatsApp messages from colleagues

My day started at 4.20am this morning when I woke up due to the rain. I fell back asleep only to have a nightmare that Jay Z got into a domestic with Beyoncé over the phone on a pavement (somewhere in the UK - presumably Wales as I was there, pacing the pavement).

They were having a right Barney. Raised voices. Don’t ask me what it was about, it was a private conversation. Anyway, Jay Z sounded right pissed off. Anyway, the next thing I know a shedload of police cars rock up and armed police surround Jay Z. And then Jay Z out of nowhere produces a handgun. The police shout at him to drop it. But Jay Z turns the gun on himself and fires. Bang. He’s dead.

Well after that I woke up.

I messaged a friend on here and he did an online news search - thankfully all is well with Jay Z and Beyoncé

But after all that the day has been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.

I feel a bit of a traitor. Friends at work have been raving about The Office (U.S) version and I discovered third weekend that my son has Amazon prime so I’ve been binge watching that.

It’s so funny and great to watch after a stressful, shitty day at work
