If the lockdown is lifted before January I don't think so

I think precautions are here for a while yet and it doesn’t seem unrealistic to expect a couple more lockdowns, although I suspect there will be pressure to make them shorter, e.g. two weeks.

Didn’t they say it would be like this until next Winter?

I’ll be happy just to get this year done with and look forward to Summer just to be outdoors more again. Life feels better with a bit of sunshine.

Fingers crossed we can have some sort of normality soon even if its just small things we can do.

Not going to get back to full normal for a long time if ever i fear.

There's a 2nd vaccine, with 95% effectiveness.

Even with a vaccine, most of us will still need to take preventative measures until it is available to everyone, after having inoculated the priority groups first.

Which is going to take time. Assuming it works as advertised and we get a rapid deployment. Then maybe, just maybe, we may be returning to something like normal by next autumn.

Bu some people are going to have to alter their behaviour for the rest of their lives.
