Is it illegal to be naked inside your own home

Have you ever knowingly "accidentally" left your blinds or Windows open while walking around undressed at home???????Have you ever caught your neighbor looking in your house from their window? to be naked inside your own home

Nope.

I think people should be at liberty to do what they want inside the four walls of their home as long as it's (and the following phrase is the important thing I my opinion), "legal and consensual" .

It depends. If someone casually glances through your window as they pass by and spot you naked, no. If you're flashing, yes. I'm not a lawyer but I understand intent is the critical factor.

Possibly, not sure if it's a young child though, that's why society has standards I guess

We've a snicker that runs past our back garden - I'd be mortified if my neighbours caught me naked! That said, my man said it would only be their fault for being nosey...

Seems a bit sexist but given the loading in favour of guys fair enough

There's a big difference between undressing being unaware that people can see you and deliberately flashing.

The "accidentally" part gives me the impression that it's obviously doing it on purpose.

it's wrong on so many levels to try to "accidentally" on purpose expose yourself to unwilling victims which could include children.

It can become an offence if being seen causes distress or alarm to others.

Go naked at home if it's your thing but ffs stop with the "accidental" exposure as it's wrong imo

I think i read somewhere once that if you were a man sunbathing naked and your neighbour saw you it's indecent exposure. But if your a woman and do the same thing the neighbour is guilty of voyeurism

No it's not illegal bto be naked in your own home, and you know it's not.

Stupid question.

It is illegal to deliberately display yourself naked from your own home in a way that may cause distress to others ie purposely flashing your neighbours

That isn't true.

If your neighbour complains whether you're a man or a woman the boys in blue will be having a word.

I belive if people can see through your windows and your making it obvious and all can be seen then it would be dealt with by police.
