Just watched Coraline on TV, quite creepy and scary in places, and it is supposed to be a U certification!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

The trailer was enough to make me worried about its certification... evil button eyes and the cupboard is all I can remember.

I find it a lot darker than The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I was HORRIFIED by Coraline (and I'm 23!). I know all kid's movies have the odd scary part or sexual innuendos for the adults, but Coraline is one I would never let my kids watch. There's freaky and then there's that!

My children are really scared of Coraline. Saw bit of it yesterday and thought it was utterly bizarre and very disturbing indeed and I'm with them! We turned it off.

We have watched the human centipede too it is one of the worst films ever made, as for coraline both my kids have watched it like it, but it is all a bit wierd, with the sneaky cat and strange people that live in the house

The scene in The Witches where they transform into their real selves absolutely terrified me as a child! Still gives me the shivers and I'm nearly 28!
