Roll out the barrel....

Where do you keep your biscuits? Do you have a biscuit barrel? Some tupperwear? A fancy tin with a scene from the Scottish Highlands on the lid?

Or do they not make it to the barrel and you inhale them straight from the packet?

Extra points for anyone with a musical tin

We don't really but biscuits to be honest. Mostly due to my lack of willpower and an ability to eat a pack of fig rolls in under 78 seconds

Increasingly more devious hiding places to stop the kids finding them.

In fact I'm convinced I've hid one lot of jammy dodgers and wagon wheels so brilliantly that I can't find them

BRIDPORT

I used to have an old shortbread tin, but it doesn’t get much use anymore. I find that once I get a packet of biscuits home they are opened and consumed, when I look for the ones left over to put in the tin, there aren’t any.

I think this means I have a biscuit thief who sneaks up when I’m not looking and steals them.

Yours sometimes never makes it into the barrel.

or so I remember reading.

Mine go into a bear biscuit barrel.

Whilst the homemade buns go into the square biscuit boxes

Same here, I hide them so the child doesn't find them, then forget where I've hidden them

Fatally, stash 1 is by the kettle and stash 2 is next to the coffee, in the cupboard

My OH actually has a stash that he hides cos I have ZERO will power

We call that the 'swag bag'

I go to B&M once a month and spend £20-£25 on 'treats'; choccy, biccies, crisps, sweets

That way, I can avoid the naughty aisles in the supermarket

Worcester

The basic biscuits are in a biscuit barrel by the kettle. The good stuff is hidden in an All Bran box with the other cereals. Nobody ever looks in there.

To be honest, if I open a packet of biscuits. I finish a pack of biscuits. No need for a barrel or other storage medium.
