I'm exactly the same..could drink like a fish as a teenager..nowadays all it takes is a few alcopops and I'm pissed as a fart and suffering the next day..

Agree, once got told off for drinking to much as I was being silly, I was drinking tonic water lol

Love beer festivals. Im same though on a girls night out we still drink like were 21, on the cocktails and shots. Its always a good laugh and we aint mortal on the floor etc but I suffer majorily bad hangovers. So dont go out as often now and certainly couldnt do 2 days in a row.

Last weekend I drank over a bottle of red on my own.

Although I was sober enough to remember to drink a pint of water before I went to bed, I still suffered the next day, and did nothing except to chill out at home.

Definitely an age thing, and I am pushing 50!
