Same only 5k but now showered and a coffee I feel a lot better. Unfortunately I know the hunger pangs are around the corner and the biscuit tin is much too close

There seems to be something in the air. A few people I've spoken to seem to be struggling with their sleep lately, kinda nice to know it's not just me but frustrating as hell to be so tired all the time. I hope you get a better sleep tonight.
