Just 'well spoken' " Same here but I do sound northern - those flat vowels do make an appearance at times. I’m glad I don’t have a strong accent though. I guess I must be a snob as I prefer ‘well spoken’ myself. Don’t share the love of the Scouse accent - though it wouldn’t put me off meeting a hot Scouse guy as long as he didn’t have that high pitched wail a few have. Do like a welsh accent though - and Irish and Scottish - as long as it’s not so broad that I can’t understand it. Oh - and a geordie accent is rather nice too! | |||
