Should people who hide their own Profile be allowed to see others. I personally block any hidden profiles that I come across.

People hide their profiles for a multitude of reasons, and do not have to justify themselves to anyone.

I think that blocking them sounds somewhat harsh, although perhaps they got off lightly..

How people choose to use the site is up to them, in the same way you choose to block hidden profiles is your choice.

What reason do you have for suggesting it? Blocked profiles fabbing photos, winking or just looking at your profile?

Mines hidden, not really fussed if I can see others or not. I don't judge people on whether they are hidden or not.

Do you have a target audience today OP or are you just going after everyone who doesn't fit your opinion?

In all honesty OP I don't mind if people hide their profiles, it seems a little harsh to block them just for looking at your profile with their own hidden, but that's your choice.

There are many people including myself who view profiles in stealth mode, you wouldn't even know that I have viewed you. Is it that what you don't know about doesn't bother you? But if I had hidden my profile and viewed you then you would block me?

This is by no means a criticism just trying to give a balanced view.

I hide mine occasionally so I can read or contribute to the forums without getting messages on here. It’s the closest I can get to a stealth mode just for browsing.

So hidden profiles aren’t always a bad thing, just another tool to use on the site.

I occasionally hide mine when I'm moody or feeling rejected or hurt by one particular person here slol. Kind of self defeating " il teach you for ignoring me, I'm going to hide"!

I’ve had a weird occurrence twice lately when I’ve received a wink from a profile, I then look at the profile I find I’m blocked by them. Very strange.

People don't always hide their profile for sinister reasons.

My son is 20, I hope he isn't but for all I know he could be on here. When he is in the area I hide mine just in case. I don't fancy showing up on "who's near"
