I've heard friends say this too. It sounds like a pain

I wake up early every morning though, so can't really offer any advice.

i finf sleep hard atm, due to various drugs im on, it can be a real pain, often i go to bed around 11ish, but am up at4 or so, so get up have breakfast, and by 9 im ready for bed again, and often sleep till afternoon, i think i need to break this cycle if im to get back to normal sleep pattern

I can never sleep last 5am. It's been like this for so long that it doesn't bother me any more.

You're not the only way be, I've tried going to bed earlier and a lot later and nothing seems to work.

Every single day between 4 and 5am.

I can't ever get back to sleep, however if I get up and have breakfast I can go back to sleep no problem.

Very strange.

My dogs see to it that I'm up when it's a none work day, better than any expensive alarm clock

And unfortunately they didn't go back an hour when the clocks changed

4:22 bang on. I thought the clocks going back may stop it, nope 4:22

And if the nightmares could stop as well I'd be very happy

wow that is painful atlist 5:22 would have been fair, maybe watch a happy/funny film or listen to some soft music before bed to stop the nightmares

I always ask Alexa to play environmental sounds such as waves crashing or rain. Sometimes low level white noise, sometimes it works in stopping the nightmares, sometimes it doesn't. Always wake up at 4:22 though

Aww I do the same, the sounds are very relaxing too bad it doesn't work for you. Maybe a massage and sex might put you straight to sleep
