What is your go to album or track that lifts you? I want your inspirations....

I have mine and I want you to share yours to open up those positive beats.

My Go to Album is Newton Faulkner - Hit the ground running...

There and to the left a bit

If there's one album guaranteed to put a spring in my step it's One Step Beyond by Madness

Although any upbeat album by a favoured artist will usually lift any blues

As for tracks there are so many but can distinctly remember a dark day last November where I had a lot of sad stuff going on, I had my iPod on shuffle and it selected the following three tracks back to back..

One Step Beyond - Madness

Mr Blue Sky - ELO

Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps - The Simmertones

By the time they had played I was in a positive frame of mind for the rest of the day
