Nov 5 bonfires

Whilst last night there were huge bangs all around, the air was clean. This morning its misty but clean air. Have people stopped lighting bonfires?Was it the same in your area? just curious.

I dont think theyre allowed this year tbh pal. I could be wrong. Ive missed watching the fireworks with my neice on my shoulders this year.

Funnily enough OP, I said to my kids last night before bed “it’ll probably be a bit foggy in the morning - always is after Bonfire night”.

And it wasn’t

Surprising really as it was like Apocalypse Now over my back garden last night.

It was raining last night, wet wood doesn't burn, hopefully the pile will dry out so I can have one over the weekend
