Easier said than done but I try to remove myself from the situation and make myself a cup of tea or rip paper up as small as possible (a tip I was given by someone)

Usually close the door and sulk at myself whilst figuring out what made me feel that way. Then I can deal with it. I hope if you feel this way op that it soon passes.

Hubby does press ups and sit ups and chin ups til he can't anymore.. A far better idea than what he used to do.. Go out for a thrash on the bike. You should never ride a bike when you're pissed off
