Did anyone listen to Loose Ends on R 4 today or Saturday? Do you know the name of the song Cliff Richard sang?

Ok, thank you.

I will probably have to listen to the show again just to hear it.

Hello Nicecouple. It is frustrating when an advert comes on with a good tune or there's a TV intro that catches my attention.

"Thank goodness for Google!" is all I can suggest. If you can remember even the smallest fragment of the lyric and you know the name of the band or artist then just wack that information into your browser and check what comes up.

Good luck with your search

"Is it the "crazy but it's true" one?"

I only heard a little bit but it was talking to a girl (who was his fictitious daughter I think) when she was 17 and 23. It sounded as if he didn't see her. One bit said "keep your foot on the pedal all the way" or something like that

No worries. Bit of a trawl through google and a YouTube clip sorted it out between dull conference calls.

If you use BBC Sounds app the track listing for shows are always available.

You've probably got more patience than me.
