Duns

As long as it comes out decently strong and under no circumstances has been anywhere near any sugar or other sweetener, I'm generally happy.

The correct way.

1. Boil some water.

2. Warm the pot.

3. Put in two teabags

4. Allow water to cool for 5 - 10 mins

5. Pour hot ( not boiling ) water into tea pot to desired level.

6. Stir once.

7. Allow to brew for 30 - 40 seconds.

8. Remove bags

9. Pour tea

I don't take milk or sugar but the correct procedure would be.

10. add sugar

11. add milk and stir

12. Adjust if necessary.

Enjoy.

I'm not a big fan of the bag/mug method tho I do use it from time to time.

Ahhhhhh well .. you see Huggy ...... 2 mins brings out the tannins.... so I don't even go to one min anymore.

I like full flavour

I don't like bitter brews

I see. Perhaps I should try reducing the time but with an extra bag to see if that works.
