So i've never had the pleasure of being married..

What was your dress or suit like?

Did it take foreverrrr to find or know instantly what you wanted?

I see renting is a popular option? If you re did things would you rent instead of buy?

Only for tomorrow ...... He's been dead for years.

Mine cost a fortune because it was custom made. I think renting is a good option though because you do only usually wear it for the one day.

?

I've never been married, but I was engaged for years, we just never got round to the actual wedding part

I did design my own dress and had a dressmaker draw a pattern and make a test version...it would have been beautiful in the proper material.

I might get to have it made and wear it one day...or I'll just be a lonely old spinster...one of the two

Sounds beautiful, shame these things for the most part end up out of sight x

It's okay. I put him in the corner and you can't tell the difference.

Of course you need to start with great underwear!

I (Luke) wore a typical morning suit. My bride had a dress made especially for her. She had to have exactly what she wanted. That didn't stop after the wedding day either.

"Of course you need to start with great underwear!"

Mine was a white lace panel body with white stockings and a white a blue garter. Not that he noticed because he got into bed, turned his back to my side and went to sleep before I got undressed.

My wedding dress was ivory with pearls all down the bodice I loved it. Cost around two thousand pounds. I put it in the bun one day with all the photos. Next time I’ll hire a dress x
