Simple question for women who are into black guys, do you prefer them with or without dreadlocs?

Scunthorpe

We're more interested in their character than their physical characteristics.

My wife doesn’t care about hair but does look for personality which at times is a problem with any race or creed of man.

Whenever I hear dreadlocks, I always think of the hippy style dreadlocks.

Are they called something different in black culture? Corn rows? But they are different to dreadlocks aren't they?

I'm not trying to cause offence, I'm curious.

Dreadlocs are basically the hairstyle rastamen have. I'm not a rastaman in the religious style, I just have the hair, think Bob Marley but my hair is a lot neater

Sherbourne

I hate them. Also shaved sides and fluffy wuffy atop.

Short hair. Ex martial arts so if your hair can be grabbed... its too bloo* long.

I am also a real sukka for females with a shorter hair styles too of they feel comfy with it.

Not keen on ladies with long hair as a rule. Enough to grab but if its hitting the crack in ya bum then no way.

I love both. I like the way dreads tickle my skin all over. And when a man is above me and I see his silhouette in the half light and his head flicks back and all the dreads go with it- it’s warrior like. Very masculine against broad or square shoulders.

I’ve noticed from all the beautiful men I’ve know with Afro hair in general that they’re extremely sensitive about it. Most spend way too long at barbers or patting it down. Some have less than a few millilitres and think it’s unkept which makes me laugh (I have a mountain of untameable curly hair). Others let it grow and every single curl is adorable when you find them in the bathtub or on your skin hours later.

I guess I’m saying from one curly to another everyone of you is beautiful and just wear it natural with pride no matter what length xx
