Coffee. It doesn’t affect my sleep at all and I’m usually in the blissful land of nod within minutes

I thought it was just me immune to the effects of caffeine! I'm drinking green tea now, can equally drink coffee then go straight to sleep and often do

I never felt that it affected my sleep but I would get withdrawal headaches. I try not to do coffee after 11am or black tea after 5pm. Green tea and rooibos after that. God I’m getting old

Same. I could down a pint of whatever right now, but I will miss out on sleep.

I take a glass of squash to bed with me and usually find it empty by the morning

So far, I'm caffeine resistant

I don't get headaches etc....... I might live to regret my youthful cockiness, but hey-ho
