Hmmmm....a good question indeed

I’m going with horse nipples as the baby centaur will presumably, much like a foal, be born able to walk and subsequently suckle underneath

Mind you.....the human mother upper will feel the need to nurture and hold her baby so maybe the breasts might be the correct answer.
