Generally I have found most people have the potential to be knobs I just try to distance from them.

It's times like what you seem to be having I will just go and sit in a coffee shop window and just watch the world go by.

Nobody ever calmed down by being told to came down....

If you can find something you enjoy to take your mind off things. It's difficult as I know all too well.

Inbox is always open if you wanted to vent, no pressure, no judgement and happy to just delete it if you felt sending it would help get it out..... As I am sure would be the same for many others on here.
