my forehead is peeling, didn't realise I caught the sun quite so much at the weekend if we were on holiday I would use sun screen, do you bother when you are just out and about at home?

exactly I didn't think there was much of it but the state of my head suggests otherwise btw I think it's a yellow disk that sometimes appears in the sky

My moisturiser and makeup all have factor 15 - I don't want wrinkles when i'm older

Having said that, I was silly enough to be out in factor 10 oil yesterday in 39 degrees and burnt nearly every inch of me
