There really is an app for everything. Three apps mentioned in article Blueheart, Lover and Ferly.

If they are based on credible research evidence, published in reputable sources and peer-reviewed, it sounds potentially interesting. Not that much works for everyone though.

Seem to be developed with therapists/psychologists on board. A bit of mindfulness meets sex.

Think these may reinforce sexual stereotypes then acknowledge diversity. Makes people think they are worse than everyone else which is a boon for the app but not really for the person
