i can no longer wear me fag patches as im seriously allergic to the glue they use.

my arms are all blistered

so gonna have to try the tabs on monday

Nope. tried 3 lots now and they all burn my skin and send me blood pressure soaring

I put my patch around my collar bone area and it didn't bother me, but if I placed it anywhere else it drove me mad.......

ive had a few to be honest but nothing like i used to and can go all day and it not bother me.

Its mainly w/ends i get the urge, but can do sod all about it...so have a fag occasionally

Er... Continue to not smoke!

Have you tried gum? It may not be the most ladylike solution, but hopefully by now you're toning the amount down so the odd bit of gum once a day may be achievable.

Well done for getting this far though.

Its that occaisonal fag that puts all the crappo back in the system, as it only takes 24hrs for the nicotine to leave the system, and APPARENTLY 72 hours for the addiction to diminish!!!

I only smoke about 3 a day - but i AM addicted, lol

I gave up for about 4 months once due to severe hayfever - and it was just that ONE bloody fag that set me off again - despite it tasting like shit!!!!

I do smoke more at weekends too and even more so if have a glass of wine

i still swear by the take a wk off work lock myself in house and put the money i would have spent in a jar then go buy myself somethin nice! or the knittin method... local charity shop gets load of blankets baby stuff socks etc every time i stop lol xx

In the mean time why not chew the patches,then you haven't wasted them and "Hey Presto!" urge and itch cured in one stroke!
