What athletic interests did you have when you were younger

800m for me. I wasn't particularly tall but for 2 minutes I could run round the track!

Have loved all different sports all my life ,they have been a huge part of my life and as regards athletics l Loved the 200 meters and the 4 X 100 relay in the track and field events and also cross country running in the winter .

I was a good sprinter, so 100m, 200m, 400m at a stretch, anything after that I was crap. Also did well at long jump, high jump, shot put and discus. Couldn't throw a javelin for toffee though

I (Luke) have no interest in sport. I like watching gymnastics for the art displayed but not for the competetive aspect.

We used to do cross country but more for the who can get the filthiest to annoy the teachers part

Got fed up being beaten by the same girls & I know my limits. Did athletics for like 7yrs. Stood to me as it obviously toned my legs...still got lean legs

Yup, you look like a high jumper! I used to train and go to school with a guy who competed internationally in men's high jump and also a 800/1500m runner who I believe went to the London Olympics.

I loved athletics.... 100m was my specialist event but competed in 200, 400, 800, 1500, Cross Country, Long Jump and high jump

The javelin was my Achilles.... the way i threw it the tail end of the javelin would whip me round the back of the head
