So called Kentish delicacy

evaporated milk, muscovado sugar,

shorcrust pastry

Whisk sugar & milk until light & fluffy. Pour into case & bake for 10 minutes. remove from oven & cool.

Served on its own or with clotted/whisked full fat cream.

It sounds a bit sickly with all the condensed milk and sugar. In fact it sounds bit like english barfi would taste

Prefer Manchester Tart

Pastry case, jam (mixed fruit or Raspberry if you are posh), thick/set custard, hundreds and thousands (or coconut if poncy LOL).

Chill until the wait becomes too much.

,im pretty sure there is no way i would know the recipe and cooking method of something i couldnt stand
