Use of the word slut

What does it mean to you?

As a submissive woman’s profile, I get a lot of messages referring to women as sluts. I usually either delete or pull them up on it, cause I find it insulting. But I’m interested to know from others points of view how u feel about the word?

For me its always meant very sexual woman with a need to sexually please her man or man of the moment be it the way she wears her cloths be it a look like the lip bite thread or just walking over and pulling out your cock to munch or sit on with a high sex drive i dont think its nessasarily only a submissive thing either plenty sexually aggressive type women i could see as slutty

A slut is a woman who has many casual sex partners. So I suppose I am a slut.

This Gentleman says it perfectly. If I know the guy and hes calling it me during sex I love it. Otherwise not on a first message.

Personally l think it's an insulting word and one I'd never use ,to me if a lady is hot blooded and has a high sex drive and loves to fuck and be fucked by who she wants then l say fair play to her ..huge Salute ..she certainly would not be what maybe others would call a slut in my eyes because she loves and desires sex .

some women enjoy it its not about a lack of respect for me more an inner drive they have that excites them to act in a certain sexual way for me they have to ask to be called it first randomly calling women sluts i agree would be disrespectful but christ there great fucks

This is my view. Don’t get me wrong. In the moment I don’t mind those names. But only by someone who I have developed a friendship with.

But in messages on fab, where u have no former connection, it’s insulting

I don’t like to use the word or be used for me.

I wouldn’t say insulting as I have good friends from the scene , simply loves it during their plays. It’s something for them to get going. However, it’s a massive turnoff for me, guess I find it disrespectful deep down

I don't particularly care for word when it's directed at me, mainly because I think I'm far removed from a slut/a pretty crap one. It's used as a term of endearment/in a positive sense in my circle of friends so I don't mind it then. I quite like how Incandescent uses it; it's not used as a slight or in a derogatory way, more an apt description.

If my husband called me a slut during talk about hot wife side during play then I am okay with that. If he called me a slut in any other setting I wouldn't be okay with that. I have never had anyone else call me a slut in the bedroom so I am not sure if I would be okay with them using that term.

Outside of the bedroom in any other setting I would find it offensive.

It depends on the context, in the bedroom Mrs freely admits that she is a slut. But it takes on a different meaning when someone you don't know calls you. It's a title that is earned by the person they are 'slutting' for, if someone you don't know calls you it then it's a deeply invasive thing.

Doesn’t bother me it’s the way it’s used the time and by whom, it can either feel insulting or can give me fanny flutters when said in the moment by the right person it’s an art not all have mastered

I think quite a few females like to be referred to as a princess by day, slut by night. It's a harmless word if used in the right context.

I personally don't use the word slut or slag in life and it doesn't appeal to me in private play either.

Essentially its how you personally use the word to how it offends or not I suppose.

I hate the word C*nt but only because I mean it as a bad insult, call me one and there's going to be trouble, but others love it

Words by themselves are harmless, its the context and meaning behind the use of the word that gives it any power.

If a stranger called me a slut I would think less of them than if a friend used it, unless I invited anyone to use it on me.

I caused myself a world of trouble recently referring to myself as a slut to someone who vehemently disagreed with that description. I'll just stick to saying that I like to have sex with lots of different people in different scenarios/settings from now on

Slut is a word that in the right circumstances can be a very erotic and descriptive term..

Slag is a word that will always be unacceptable and vile

I agree, slut in the correct circumstances is hot. Same as cunt for me which can be controversial. Slag on the other is just wrong for me but I'm sure there are those who enjoy the term too.

I love it when my husband calls me a slut in the moment but if anyone used it as an insult I'm not keen. Women shouldn't be shamed for having sex whether it's a little or a lot.

It's the sort of thing you only say once you know you're both on the same footing.

Anyone who throws it about without knowing how it'll be received shouldn't be surprised if people take offence.

I'm not offended by words.

They mean little to me - it's the intention behind them.

If I'm called a dirty, little, slut with each thrust then it's fine by me

So, to sum up, it’s a minefield if you don’t know someone well enough. Equally, can be a turn on or off dependent on the lady. Oh, and a positive badge of honour for those lovely ladies who are proud of that status.

Me ?.....I’m a big tart haha !
