Aston Rowant (anciently Aston Rohant)[citation needed] is a village, civil parish and former manor about 4 1/2 miles (7 km) south of Thame in South Oxfordshire, England. The parish includes the villages of Aston Rowant and Kingston Blount, and adjoins Buckinghamshire to the southeast. The 2011 Census recorded the parish's population as 793.[1]

Been many years ago. Enter via a long quiet lane and enter the car park on the right at the end. An excellent place to observe night wild life and badgers of course. Beyond the carpark there is a path to a viewing bench overlooking the M40 in the distance. Anyone been recently?
