Well I have a bit of a temper on me at the best of times but yes OP, I’m lucky to have a couple of good friends I can rant at as I do find myself annoyed more easily atm.

I’m going the opposite way. I’m getting less and less hot headed and impulsive sometimes I bring up politics on the phone to my dad just to give myself that rush of rage and annoyance because what is life without dramatics

Ive never had a huge amount of patience but over the last couple of years I have tried much harder. I've learnt to let things wash over me more and choose which battles I fight.

Life is too short for petty arguments and for getting wound up. It doesn't achieve anything apart from putting your blood pressure up.
