Who loves cheesecake? I’ve just started a side line of making cheesecakes to order. Last weekend was my first lot of orders. But question is what’s your favourite flavour

Love a classic New York cheesecake, tried a burnt Basque cheesecake the other week that was delicious. I made a Reese's peanut butter one a few years back that was incredible.

Me!! What types are you doing? Baked or normal? Have to admit that at christmas make a load of homemade cranberry sauce, put some aside and add a shot of port or cointreu,(that looks wrongly spelt!) and make a cheesecake with that....yum.

Now for a divisive one....biscuit base, ricotta/mascapone cheese thats flavoured with earl grey, and a thin topping of marmalade, with shreds of course. An elevenses special...

Yes the peel is grated and lime juice added to white chocolate and cheese i think.

I have never once met any flavour cheesecake that I have not loved (and subsequently devoured like a salivating beast!)

Ok....if there was a celery flavour that might admittedly change but up until now at least, I love them all
