To settle today's work debate which has rumbled on from last week.

Should Yorkshire puds be part of a Xmas dinner with Turkey as the meat

And the second part was can you have beef on the same plate as Turkey complete with mint sauce

. No different to pork with apple sauce. Turkey is too dry and I have a sweet tooth so any excuse lol. My brother has ketchup with his roast potatoes ??

No to both,Yorkies are not for chicken/turkey diners and if you want another meat then use pork is as it’s a white meat.

Beef doesn’t need a friend it’s meaty enough on its own

My mate mixes mint sauce in with the batter before he makes the Yorkies, I put a dollop of it in ma mushy peas

I generally don't do Turkey and have a joint of Silverside at Xmas
