While we like a light hearted thread OP, there are probably some issues it's best to treat only seriously.

Every subject is covered in the lounge and every health issue as well and I have contributed to a lot of them and have empathy for everyone on here but my humour is just humour and nothing more

Thats cool but cornflakes talk far more sense you might get better guidance from a bowl of crunchy nut.

I’m sorry but this may be offensive to those that do suffer from mental illness, I understand that you’ve tried to make light of it but for some people it’s extremely hard to manage.

I’m not berating you but my advice is to be mindful of other.

PTSD issues personally as have a few friends and its managed well often with humour. There is an expression if I didn't laugh I would cry and laughter is a better emotion and used by many as a coping mechanism.

Agree, mine too. Though mine is physical health not mental, I have a very black humour and yep, if you didn't laugh you'd cry

I totally get this. Black humour can get many of us through dark and often challenging times. I think this works at a personal level but we just need to be careful that our posts don't appear to trivialise a topic in general. That's all.

Incidentally OP, I appreciate that it wasn't your intention to trivialise this topic.

I've had my troubles in the past and it's a dark cloud that follows you around.

Sometimes a light hearted joke is fine, in fact it can be a good thing.

You've got problems if your listening to the rice crispies, those guys are crackers. Tiny the talking tiger is the daddy

Think I might hang out with the honey monster whilst I eat my sugar puffs. He seems a fun kind of guy

If this goes on any longer, we could turn it into a cereal

I debated whether to post this because... no one wants to be a killjoy.

But as someone who suffers from psychosis, I just don't find it amusing. It's not funny, it's fucking terrifying to hear voices coming from inanimate objects.
