Perfect. I check it if I’m feeling a little ‘off’ had a period at the beginning of the year when it was high one moment and in my boots the next

I'm on medication and have been for years, but it doesn't always work.

Being chunky and having a fairly stressful life doesn't help.

Around 110-120 systole and 70-90 diastole.

I try to check it about 3-4 times a year and get my renal and liver function as well as blood sugar checked at least once a year.

Though even with tablets I get episodes of AF, highest being 140bpm at one point

Yes I've been sent to hospital a few times but I have a very bad hospital phobia so now they don't. They just get me into the GP for bloods and tell me to rest and submit readings via email .

I'm on 3 different types of medication. It runs in my family. I've been like this since my early 20s

Same! My BP is stupidly low. And salt and fluids is apparently the answer, but I tried it and it hasn't worked yet....

Absolutely no idea it’s been four years since I saw a GP

Suffered in my twenties with low blood pressure but racing heart, they never did figure out why, one GP even said I was wired up wrong.

It’s not something I worry about

Mine is usually good .I work where I could check it daily but as could my coworkers but we don't.Funny though we will stop in a heartbeat to check each other's
