a kitkat, and a banana lasted on my desk for little over an hour, both gone now, so what do you have for you mid morning snack and eat before 9am?

A small bag of yoghurt coated strawberry pieces, a satsuma, small bottle of fresh apple juice and a small handful of pistachios (30g). Tonight I'm working til 8pm so won't have tea, just a sandwich later.
