Hey hey sexy Fabbers and forumites

As the title says, it’s ok not to be ok..i Know many of us are feeling it lately.. i certainly have been pretending to be ok when I’m clearly not.. and it effects you massively .. Ive seen some threads lately with people genuinely in need of some spirits lifting..

There’s negativity everywhere we look recently.. social media.. news.. out in public.. and it seems you really can’t get away from the Doom and Gloom.. even on here in some places..

Dont fight it, come together and share some positivety..i Know theres help available with the right sources.. share your positive mindset.. make someone’s day, make someone smile.. share your kindness.. it really can make someone’s day.. Remember you are important.. you matter.. and more than anything you are amazing.. We are all human, and there’s nothing wrong in admitting your not Ok.. remember that..you are NOT alone.. even if it feels like that most of the time...

Our Mojo’s will soon be flying through the roof..

am so used to putting on a face around people most are surprised when they find out i am not ok

sometimes let the face down on here but then worry what people think of me for being open

almightly balancing act
