Start small don’t make purchases until you feel you want to move on. Kitchen spatulas work wonders

An ex wiped me with her bra once, we were play fighting and she grabbed her bra off the bed and swung at me, unfortunately the clasps dug into my back, made my back bleed

you should try an old plimsol they can be used for varying degrees of pain when used on the bottom!
