I was at an art gallery last night in honour of van gogh’s life and honestly it was very refreshing to do something new

Think anything can lift the soul if you can see why it was created or used

Manchester (she/her)

Lifting. Laughter. A good book.

Being thanked for what I'm doing and being told what a difference I've made in people's lives. (Being told that I'm doing enough and I should stop beating myself up - and I'll listen eventually. Maybe )

Comparing notes on world events with people from a similar cultural background. No it's not me being crazy? You agree with me? Phew

Yesterday morning, went a past a young mum with a girl about age Two,on pavement.. .

Mum said "have we to cross when it's the green Man"?

The girl had her arms and legs wrapped round a lamppost and in an act of independence shouted "No".....

Just made me smile and mum was smiling too.

Around the Midlands

Just putting on my favourite song and dancing around like a lunatic singing at the top of voice not caring about anything or anyone through it...making it all about me just for a few minutes

See plenty of squirrels scuttling up trees when my cockapoo charges after them in a local wood. Loving the autumnal colours at the moment.

I find beautiful scenery uplifting.
