It's a huge military air show at Fairfield near Swindon.

Thousands go but the access roads are very small and takes hours to get in and out unless you go very early.

Fabulous day out for the family though.

oh cheers it all makes sense now,,

did the same thing at Le Mans,took a transit for the camping gear,and had two bikes in the back for getting about it was much easier than a car

Not been in about 8 years, but as airshows go, it is up there with the best.

If anyone is considering going, take some good walking shoes if you want to see the static displays - they go on for miles as I remember.
