I'll totally agree with mothers pride.

I absolutely adore his music. I saw him in concert when I was about 13.

I saw him live a few times, he always closed his concerts with Freedom 90 so I love that one. It’s George dropping huge hints that he’s not who we thought he was, almost autobiographical.

I also Kissing A Fool, that jazz vibe is beautiful and a Different Corner is so poignant.

I so miss George!

Father Figure

My close friend used to DJ in London in the 90's was hanging around with Boy George a bit then introduced to George Michael they all went out after the club one night and stayed at George's House.

I was so jealous when he told me lol

Top guy apparently.

Would have been great to hear is collaboration with nile Rogers, which he was doing before he died. I liked sympphonica, but waylooking forward to a album of new material. I think it would be very dance oriented if nile Rogers was involved, he is a great musician.

Yep, Outside was great. I was in San Diego in a Hotel bar in 1998 and put this on the video jukebox, the place was packed, boy the Sceptics weren't happy about his taking the piss out the police department.

His collaboration with Nile Rogers has been released. It’s a reworking of an old, unreleased track called ‘Fantasy’

This may sound odd, but even now I think he is underrated. As in people talk and Michael Jackson and Prince and George, for me, can be held in the same regard. Well maybe Prince edges it on sheer output but George easily is the best storyteller via his lyrics.

If he was alive now I genuinely believe the ONLY singer who could duet with him on the same technical level would be Adele and she would be singing at her limits.
