Look what i did...

I self tied my own harness yesterday

all by myself

without youtube or any help

I was so pleased with myself

Nice one, shoulders are tricky. Check out Diesel Crew Shoulder Rehab on you Tube. I always used to prescibe it to clients with shoulder issues. Great to run through as a warm up/prehab to prevent future niggles.

Lots of resources out there these days, helps try to triage these issues and sort stuff out. Fortunately I'm a quick study and not afraid of a challenge (but intervene cautiously because I know the limitations of my knowledge).
