Favourite book: The queen and I (ruined by David Williams turning it into a made for tv film).

Favourite poem: The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe (was lucky to once have heard James Earl Jones read it out loud live when I saw him at a comicon- sent shivers down my spine).

Favourite book: 'Gorky Park' by Martin Cruz Smith. For when it was written (1978), it was a stunning debut for an American writer.

Favourite poem "Ae Fond Kiss" by Robert Burns. Heart-breakingly beautiful.
