Been looking for a second job as one of my employers had to get rid of all casual members of staff (which included me).

Thing is everyone is doing video call interviews. I have one at 12 and it’s kind of alien to do a video chat without showing the recipient my boobs like I do when I normally chat to guys!

I did one and it was really hard to do. I didn’t get the job either which was surprising and I think I would have done had it been a face to face interview. I really want to apply for something different but don’t think I can put myself through it again

I've done a few recently, was a bit daunting at first. I've got one coming up soon that's recorded questions, and I have 3 minutes to answer each in a video. Been "practicing" for that one.

They called back. Just finished. Was a three way as well. Hopefully done okay. I hate competency based questions and at one point the guy said I think we’ve lost her, it’s frozen, I was like no, I’m here, just thinking!

Good luck.

Having just done a video interview also I didn't know what to expect tbh. Despite realising that I needed to download Microsoft Teams.

I only ended up looking at half the lady's head and face as she couldn't straighten her camera
