Do a light starter as the main is heavy.

Maybe a roasted fig with crumbled roquefort cheese or warmed goats cheese over a green salad.

With a tart tatin or tarte au citrone for after.

er nooo, that's the Belgium dish and very boring in comparison. The french dish has far more spot a la cock! and they serve their cock with a creme!
