So a question for experienced cat parents..my little lady turned up in our garden, 2 years ago with 3 little kittens...we decided to keep mum and kittens were rehomed through CPL. 2 went 50 yards down the road...today one of her sons turned up in the garden...she is normally very vocal towards other cats, but she hid up and ignored him..he was trying to get her attention...do you think they know the relationship between each other after so long?..

Possibly not, when one of mine decided to move out and live in the wilderness for 3 years, he came home one day and his sister attacked him.

Gosh..3 years is a long time..that's interesting how she attacked him. When we separated mum from kittens, she didn't seem to bothered to see them go, I think she was glad to see them go, she seemed very young herself.

"A cat who thinks he's a dog

Does his business outdoors

Rolls over to have his belly tickled

Aah..my cat is funny, she likes to poo outside, if she wants a wee, she comes into her tray, then goes out again! She goes out to drink water from the plant dishes, rather than the fresh water she has in her bowl

A cat after my own heart lol,Dexter would rather drink from plant dishes to "

I wonder if it's because it's rainwater and better than tap water?

I have one of those! I bought it prompted by a dripping tap out back. One of the things I love about cats is their "randomness". Two of my cats would only drink from the dripping tap, three of them would only drink from the puddle under it and one wouldn't go near it, preferring to lick the shower tray

I was taken on by a cat earlier this year. She seems to enjoy owning and having me at her beck and call.

I haven't seen them with a goldfish bowl but when we go the lake they bat at the little fish in the shallows. Then comes the squabbling when they splash each other
