Just back from my afternoon walk (8 miles) and had my tea (warm chicken salad with cashew) with a glass of white wine (obviously with chicken).

So British Bake-off and a film later but Friday night is Music night, so before bed I’ll seek out a music documentary or concert

Had left over cottage pie (extra cheesy mash) now relaxing with Big Jake ( John Wayne film you filthy lot

) a pint of raspberry&cranberry squash and half a bag of buttermints, what else is there to do on a Friday night
