Nothing at the minute.

I've gone from 5am start tomorrow locally to 3am start an hour away.

I'm devastated.

Think I'll have a pint to make the world in my head ok again

I'm hoping to arrange some more language exchange this evening. Last time it involved some hilarious selfies trying to teach someone how to make the "th" sound in English

Helping people. Warms my heart.

Smiling for me is so much easier than a grimace or a frown.... How can you expect a positive reply to your posts if they are negative (frown). Make the most of what is going on around you... Positivity leads to positive things, hey, just my opinion (smile)

I'm sorry. Not a comparison as you know. Heel is a big thing for me due to an old injury (and I remember vividly doing bodyweight ones early on and crying in pain. Today, yeah the ligaments creaked a bit but meh fine )

No lifting until January sucks I'm sorry

I hope the creaky ligaments hold up OK and your heel does not forsake you

January seems like a very long way away. I'll be 100% flab by then, not a shred of muscle left

I hope you can do something in the meantime. Lifting keeps me sane(ish )
